The Encompas Mental Health Wellness Program’s Member Portal is now also available for eligible OPPA family members.

The Encompas Member Portal includes self-directed and evidence-based resources that have been curated to address the needs of the First Responder population and their family members. This is a valuable destination for mental health education, skill-building and holistic self-guided support. Encompas family members will also have access to evidence-based self-assessment and progress measurement tools through the Portal with access to resources such as Self-Directed Online Courses, Articles and Posts, Self-Care Tools and Blogs, Vlogs, Podcasts and Videos.
