ANDREW (ANDY) DOBIE, Badge #2093, passed away on February 4, 2015. Andy served at Waterdown Detachment for a short period of time before going to the Burlington Detachment, where he served the balance of his career. Andy retired as a Constable on November 30, 1991. Andy is survived by his wife, Patricia and children Rick, Thomas and Gregory.
