ARMAND GIROUX who passed away on December 19, 2017.  Armand served with the Orillia Police Service before the Amalgamation to the OPP in 1996 and retired as a Senior Constable from Orillia Detachment on June 30, 1999. Armand is survived by his wife, Janice, predeceased by his late wife Monique.
