George served at Killaloe, Perth and Hearst Detachments before retiring as a Sergeant from Pembroke Detachment on November 30, 1993. George is survived by children Constable Michael Sullivan of Waterloo Regional Police Service and Dr. Colleen Sullivan.  Survived by his wife Lucy who sadly passed away on January 19, 2017.
