PROVINCIAL CONSTABLE ANDREAS (ANDI) EBERHARDT, of Haliburton Highlands Detachment, passed away on April 25, 2018.  Andi was a member of the OPP since the amalgamation of the Quinte West Police Service in 2004 and a previous Cadet and Constable with Toronto Police Service.   Andi is survived by his wife Mary and his children AJ, Cory and Alicia and stepchildren Steven and Turner
