Victor served at Englehart, Kirkland Lake, Mattawa, Sauble Beach, Bancroft, Kingston, and Perth Detachments before retiring as Traffic Sergeant from South Porcupine Detachment on April 30, 1983. Victor is survived by his son, retired OPP Constable Keith Cooper and pre-deceased by his wife Suzanne and son Murray.
