Learn More About PSPNET and PSPNET Families
We are pleased to share excellent free resources developed under the Government of Canada’s National Action Plan on Post-Traumatic Stress Injuries.
Through PSPNET, a part of the Canadian Institute for Public Safety Research and Treatment (CIPSRT), you can access evidence-based internet-delivered cognitive behavioral therapy programs (ICBT), tailored for First Responders and other Public Safety Personnel (PSP).
These therapist-guided and self-guided courses are available and designed to address various stressors and symptoms experienced by PSP including anxiety, depression, and PTSD. PSPNET Families also offers a self-directed ICBT wellbeing course for spouses and significant others plus a host of resources and wellbeing tools. There is support for both you and your loved ones.
