Condolences From OPP Association – NYPD 32nd Precinct Police Officers Jason Rivera and Wilbert Mora

OPP Association President Rob Stinson has sent condolences on behalf of OPPA members to family, friends & colleagues of New York City Police Dept Officers Jason Rivera (22yrs) and Wilbert Mora (27yrs) who have both died in the line of duty after being shot at a domestic call for service.
