Fred served at Essex, Tecumseh, Rockland and Casselman Detachments before retiring as an Inspector from Long Sault DHQ on January 31, 1994. Fred is survived by his wife Colleen, daughters Michelle and Kimberley and his son Andre Longchamps, OPP Communications Officer, Smiths Falls PCC.
