Carl served at Wasaga Beach, Burk’s Falls, Bala and Bracebridge Detachments before retiring as a Corporal from Lindsay Detachment on May 31, 1986. Carl is survived by his children Alan, Fred, retired OPP Staff Sergeant Kerry Phillips, Brian, Ben and Charles and predeceased by his wife, Joan.
