Rowe served at Sudbury DHQ, Noelville, Sudbury, Guelph, Wingham, Glencoe, and Mount Forest Detachments, Mount Forest DHQ Communications Unit, and Mount Forest DHQ Crime Unit, before retiring as Staff Sergeant from the Mount Forest DHQ Traffic Unit on December 31, 1989. Rowe is survived by his son Jeff and predeceased by his wife Dorothy and daughter Jo-Ann.
