Don served at Long Sault Detachment before retiring as Senior Constable from the Maxville Detachment on December 31, 1993. Don is survived by his wife Kathy and children Steven and Karen and son in-law retired OPP Detective Sergeant Dave Childs #7650 (Provincial Operation Intelligence Bureau) and grandson Active OPP Constable Ryan Childs #15631 (Teviotdale).
