Don served at London DHQ, Forest, Sarnia, Enniskillen Township, Petrolia and Pinery Provincial Park before retiring as a Sergeant from Sombra Detachment on March 31, 1989.  Don is survived by his wife, Colleen and children OPP Detective Constable Don Davies Jr. of the Frontenac Detachment, Donna and Derrick.
