Joseph served at Port Arthur DHQ, Geraldton, Red Rock, Regan and Schreiber Detachments before retiring as a Constable from Thunder Bay Detachment on December 31, 1987. Joseph is survived by his spouse, Elsie and his children, Sandra, Mark, Maureen and Joseph and pre-deceased by his son, Jody.
