Joe served at Whitby and Toronto Detachments, Private Investigators and Security Guards Branch before retiring as Senior Constable from Records and Registration Branch on August 27, 1990. Joe is survived by his wife Dolly and children Kevin, Denise, Beverley, Cindy and Steve and predeceased by Kevin.
