Karl passed away on June 21, 2025. Karl served his entire career at the Napanee Detachment before retiring as Senior Constable on April 30, 1999. Karl is survived by his wife Elaine, children Annette and Paul and his brother, retired OPP Constable, Daniel Obress Badge #6431 (City of Kawartha Lakes).
