Badge #4241, who passed away on November 30, 2014.  Norm served at Warren, Sudbury, Kingston, Oak Ridges and Apsley Detachments and the Ontario Centre of Forensic Sciences Breath Technology Coordinator of Ontario before retiring as a Sergeant from Central Region Traffic and Marine on January 31, 2012.  Norm was #8 OPP Association Branch Vice-Chairperson from 1984 to 1988, Chairman from 1989 to 1998 and #8 Branch President in 1999.  Norm is survived by his wife Sandra.
