Richard served at Prescott, Oak Ridges and Bradford Detachments and Intelligence Branch before retiring as Senior Constable from the Nipigon Detachment on August 31,1993. Richard is survived by children David, Cathy, Christine and John, and predeceased by his wife Joan and son Mark.
Richard was an Amalgamated member from the former Kingsville Police Service and retired as Constable from the Essex (Kingsville) Detachment on December 31, 2005. Richard is survived by his wife Barb and daughter Beth.
