ROBERT (BOB) PECK, Badge #2983 passed away on December 26, 2020.  Bob served at Toronto, Downsview, Bradford and Alliston Detachments before retiring as a Senior Constable from Barrie Detachment on December 31, 1992. Bob is survived by his wife Brenda and sons Andrew and Bradley.

Stan passed away on December 26, 2020.  Stan served his entire career at the Elmvale (Huronia West) detachment before retiring as a Constable April 30, 1999. Stan is survived by his wife Sandra and children Heather, Scott and Valerie.

Jim passed away on December 26, 2020.  Jim served at Smithville, Crystal Beach, Niagara Falls and Brantford Detachments.  Jim was a member of the OPP Association Board of Directors and held the position of Director from 1971 to 1975, Chairman of the Board from 1976 to 1980 and was the Operations Director from 1981 until the time of retirement on January 31, 1989. 

Phil was hired by Elliot Lake Police Service on June 8, 1987. He joined the OPP with the amalgamation on July 3, 2003. Phil served his entire career at the East Algoma (Elliot Lake) Detachment before retiring as a Constable on January 14, 2020. Phil is survived by his wife Lesley and daughter Emily.

Rick served at Toronto, Pinery Park, Downsview and Beaverton Detachments before retiring as a Senior Constable from the Whitby Detachment on November 30, 1997. Rick is survived by his children Ian and David, step-children Cara-Lyn, Tania and Cindy and predeceased by his wife Barbara.

Bob served at Long Sault Detachment, Policy and Planning Branch before retiring as a Sergeant from Burlington DHQ Communications Unit on June 30, 1997. Bob is survived by his children Kimberlee, Tammy and Kyle and predeceased by his wife Cheryl and daughter Stephanie.

JOHN CHARLES SHILLUM, Badge #4602 died on December 11, 2020.  John started his career with the OPP as a Dispatcher at Oakridges. He served at Snelgrove Detachment and Downsview DHQ (Traffic Unit), before retiring as a Senior Constable from Caledon Crime Unit on June 30, 1999. John is survived by his wife Lynda and children Kim and David.

Vern served his entire career at the Tillsonburg Detachment, before retiring as a Senior Constable on June 30, 1992. Vern is survived by his wife Terry and step-children Rhonda and Blair. 

Russ served at Blind River, Port Credit, Snelgrove, Beaverton and Hawkesbury Detachments, Telecommunications Branch and Special Field Units Branch, before retiring as an Inspector at Long Sault DHQ on December 31, 1993. Russ is survived by his sister Iris and predeceased by his wife Arthena.

Doug served at Markdale and Sharbot Lake Detachments before retiring as a Senior Constable from South Frontenac Detachment on December 31, 2012. Doug is survived by his wife Robin.
