John served at Toronto, Downsview, Downsview DHQ, Orillia, Guelph and Chatham Detachments before retiring as a Sergeant from the Whitby Detachment on July 31, 1993. John is predeceased by his life partner Sandra Boehner.
Tim was an amalgamted member from Renfrew Police Service and joined the OPP on November 1, 2000. Tim served at Renfrew Detachment, Ottawa Communications Unit, Perth Communications Unit and James Bay (Moosonee) Detachment. Tim is survived by his spouse Anna and brother Staff Sergeant Richard Waugh of Sudbury Police Service.
NEIL MORSE passed away on May 20, 2018. Neil served at London Detachment, Records and Registration Branch, and Intelligence Branch before retiring as a Sergeant from the Office of the Chief Firearms Officer (Ontario) on October 31, 1997. Neil is survived by his wife, Patricia and children Brian and Tim.
PROVINCIAL CONSTABLE LUC LECUYER of the Russell County Detachment, passed away on May 19, 2018. Luc is survived by his spouse Provincial Constable Fabiola Vietz, Russell County (Rockland) Detachment, their daughter Alycia and his children Jennifer and Danny.
CASEY KOTWA passed away on May 18, 2018. Casey served at Longlac, Kakabeka Falls, Port Arthur, Oak Ridges, and Madoc Detachments, Belleville DHQ Crime Unit and CIB before retiring as a Superintendent from Transport Branch on April 30, 1987. Casey is survived by his partner Patricia Smith and his sons retired OPP Detective Superintendent Rick Kotwa, Gary and Terry. Predeceased by his wife Olga and his brother, retired OPP Staff Sergeant Walter Kotva.
Don served at Chatham DHQ and Bradford Detachment before retiring as a Corporal from Midland Detachment on July 31, 1987. Don is survived by his wife, Ann and his children, Debra, Stephen, Scott, stepchildren Kimberly, Tricia and Michael.
John served at Strathroy, Grand Bend (Summer), Ottawa and Cochrane Detachments before retiring as a Corporal from Still River Detachment on November 30, 1987. John is survived by his wife, Ailene and children George, Lois, Sherry, John Jr., Bob (Laurie Gillis OPP Provincial Operations – Intel) and Veronica, predeceased by Wanda.
Sudhir served as Special Constable at Queen’s Park before retiring on March 31, 2007. Sudhir is survived by his wife Sudha and children Leena and Neil.
Earl served at the Haileybury DHQ, Kirkland Lake, La Cave Rapids, Sturgeon Falls and Blind River Detachments before retiring as a Corporal from North Bay Detachment on March 31, 1982. Earl is survived by his wife, Beth and children John and Ann.
Tony worked at Hearst and Haileybury Detachments, Special Investigations Branch (North Bay), Sudbury and Dowling Detachments, Sudbury DHQ Communications Unit, North East Region Communications Centre and North East Region Traffic & Marine, before retiring from Provincial Traffic Operations at GHQ as a Sergeant on May 31, 2011. Tony was very involved in the OPP Association representing No. 13 Branch from 1992-1994 and as No. 13 Branch President in 1995-96, No. 12-S Branch participation in 1997-1999. Tony was also a member of the OPPA Board of Directors from 1999-2001 followed by a tenure as an OPPA Executive Officer from 2002-2006. Tony is survived by his wife, Nicole and their children Annie, Linda and Eric
