Ralph served at Kingston Detachment, Kingston and Amherstview Municipal Detachments before retiring as a Constable from South Frontenac Detachment. Ralph is survived by his wife, Deborah and children Patty and Carol and brother-in-law retired OPP Inspector Gerald Salisbury.
