RUSSELL (RUSS) D. LACKEY, Badge #4056, passed away on March 24, 2015.  Russ served at Long Sault Detachment before retiring as a Sergeant from Perth Telecom Unit on April 30, 1999.  Russ is survived by his wife, Sandra and his children Kori Lee, Kelly, Leanne, Derek and step children Simone and Lisa.
