Victor served at Kenora, Sioux Narrows, Dryden, Red Lake, Ignace and Bracebridge Detachments before retiring as a Sergeant from Markdale Detachment on May 31, 1987. Victor is survived by his wife, Jo (Joyce) and children Lauren, Kevin and Keri-Lee.
