Victor served at the Manitouwadge, Port Arthur, Thunder Bay and Kakabeka Falls Detachment before retiring as a Senior Constable from Thunder Bay DHQ on October 31, 1993. Victor is survived by his sons Alan and David, predeceased by his wife Faye.
