Bill served at Welland Detachment, Special Investigations, Anti-Rackets, Intelligence and General Investigations Branch before retiring as a Detective Superintendent from Drug Enforcement Branch on May 31, 1995. Bill is survived by his wife Connie (Retired OPP DAC, Burlington Detachment) and their daughter Tracey.
