WINSTON (SHANE) HALVORSEN who passed away on October 20, 2016.  Shane served at Belleville which became Quinte Detachment before retiring as a Senior Constable on January 31, 1994. Shane is survived by his wife, Donna and their son Retired OPP Constable Michael Halvorsen (Central Hastings Detachment).
