Retired OPP Sergeant John Flesher’s life suddenly changed in June, 2024 when he was struck from behind by a vehicle while riding his motorcycle. John was left with life altering injuries. John joins the 10-5 Podcast to discuss his journey of resilience and recovery, and stress the need to have accidental death and dismemberment insurance, a power of attorney for personal care and property, and a will.

Laura Ferron is the Senior Advisor, Pension and Benefits at the Ontario Provincial Police Association. Laura joins the 10-5 Podcast to explain in detail the accidental death and dismemberment insurance coverage available to OPP Association members and give some tips on powers of attorney and wills.
