OPP Association Member, Sergeant Brandon Malcolm, Killed in the Line of Duty
The OPP Association is devastated by the death of Sergeant Brandon Malcolm, who was killed in the line of duty today while operating a police motorcycle in Cobourg. During this difficult time, we offer our deepest condolences, to Sergeant Malcolm’s family, his colleagues, and friends.
OPP Association President David Sabatini stated:
“We are heartbroken over the loss of Sergeant Brandon Malcolm, who was killed in the line of duty while operating a police motorcycle in Cobourg. While the circumstances surrounding the collision remain under investigation, this tragedy reminds us of the dangers our Members face every day while serving and protecting the citizens of Ontario. We ask that everyone keep Sergeant Malcolm, his family, colleagues, and friends in your thoughts in the coming days.”
