CAD 10.01

4.6% of gross pay, not including vacation pay, shall be added to the cadet’s regular pay to compensate for the holidays as defined in Article 14, 14.1, “Statutory Holidays” of the OPPA Collective Agreement. When the cadet is required to work on any of these holidays, they shall be paid one and one-half (1½) times the cadet basic hourly rate for all hours worked in addition to the 4.6%.

CAD 10.02

The entitlements under CAD 9.01 and CAD 10.01 shall not be compounded.
