Uniform Collective Agreement – Article CAD12 Uniform and Equipment Issue

CAD 12.01

The issuing of uniforms and equipment necessary for the performance of duty will be upon the same basis as in effect for employees covered by the OPPA Collective Agreement.

CAD 12.02

Uniform or civilian clothing soiled in performing duties under conditions not normally encountered shall be cleaned at the expense of the Employer on authorization by an employee’s supervisor.
