Uniform Collective Agreement – Article CAD16 Cadet Pay-in-Lieu of Benefits

CAD 16.01

All Cadets shall, upon completion of one (1) month of continuous service, receive in lieu of all employee benefits listed in this Collective Agreement, save and except holiday and vacation pay, an amount equal to six (6) percent of their basic hourly wage rate for all hours worked exclusive of overtime and other premium payments.
