CAD 8.01

Where a cadet receives an official notice and is required by the Employer to serve as a witness for an OPP related matter incurred in the carrying out of the cadet’s duties on behalf of the OPP, the employee will identify the date(s) required to attend. The supervisor will schedule the cadet to attend as part of the cadet’s regular working schedule.

CAD 8.02

In the event that such court dates(s) occurs after the cadet has ceased to be an employee, payments for attendance at court will be at the same rate as they would have received while employed as a cadet.
