The London Police Association and the OPP Association are hosting a fundraiser for our OPPA Member, Elgin OPP Provincial Constable Eddie Phillipo on February 20th, 2026 from 1pm-5pm at Cuffs Lounge, 330 William St, London, Ontario. Eddie is battling a rare type of cancer that he has had to seek treatment for outside of Canada at a significant cost. 

Tickets are $10 each, and can be obtained by e-transfer to Cindy Mitchell cmitchell@lap.on.ca or by e-transfer to OPPA Branch 2 President Steve Davidson br2.president@oppa.ca. Please indicate “Phillipo fundraiser” if the memo field. Tickets also available by paying cash to OPPA Branch 2 Detachment Reps.
